How do I put my pet on the home screen?
Android: tap Add to home screen in the app, or long-press the home screen → Widgets → BaskPaw. iPhone: long-press the home screen → + → BaskPaw, then choose a size. On iPhone you can also add it to the lock screen.
Can my pet die?
Never. If you're away for a while it gets hungry and grumpy, and cheers up as soon as you look after it.
Do I have to watch ads?
No. Feeding, bathing, playing and sleep never need an ad. An ad is only an optional way to earn 20 extra coins, up to 5 times a day.
Reminders don't arrive.
Turn reminders on in the app and allow notifications. They are skipped on purpose between 22:00 and 08:00.
Will I lose my coins if I reinstall?
Yes — your pet and coins are stored only on your phone, so uninstalling deletes them. Coin packs are used up when bought and cannot be restored by the store.
